The contractor behind our roofing grew up in the trade.
We are West Covina Roofing Contractor, and we work on roofs in West Covina, California. Our customers are homeowners, business owners, and property managers.
A contractor from a construction family
Niv Levy is a contractor.
His grandfather worked construction, and his father is a contractor. Niv grew up in it.
West Covina Roofing Contractor is a division of Home Vision Remodel.

The roofing work we handle
We work on asphalt shingle, tile, flat, and metal roof systems.
On houses, we tear off and replace asphalt shingle and metal roofs. Tile is different: we lift it off, replace the underlayment and any bad decking, and restack the same tile.
On commercial and multi-unit buildings, we work on the flat and low-slope roofs. Our usual system there is torch-down modified bitumen, which we apply with heat. We install TPO as well, and we will tell you which one we recommend.
Whatever the system, the city can require a roofing permit, and we help you pull it. The work itself divides into four kinds.
- Roof repair, from a small leak to slipped tile or damaged flashing.
- Full roof replacement, including tear-off and a new system.
- Roof inspections for a home sale or an insurer's request.
- Roof installation on new construction, working from the plans you give us.
